To assist the persons who will try to fix this, it would probably be helpful for the members affected to describe the problem including the type of device they are using, its operating system, and their browser.
I do not have this problem.
At work, I’m using Windows 7 with an IE browser. At home, it’s Windows 10 with Chrome. I also use Chrome on my mobile devices, running Android 7 on one and Android 6 on the other.
Oh, this contains different details than I had expected. I had thought that I’d respond that “some of us know it all, already”, but I had not known this. So there’s that.
I am on an Acer Chromebook, running Chrome. I cannot ask questions on my computer or my android phone and tablet.
The phone is from 2010 and the Tablet is from 2016. I don’t know how to find specifics for my phone or tablet.
There seems to be some confusion. Is it that some jellies can’t ask questions due to technical troubles or is it that some jellies just can’t bear to ask questions?
[Mod says] We are having a look at this. I cannot post questions either from www.fluther.com/ask but can using the mobile site – even on my laptop. So if you want to try this, go to https://www.fluther.com/iphone/ask/
It worked for me @Stinley! I was thinking about how you can set your phone to desk top settings or phone settings, and wondered if there was a way to set your desk top to phone settings….and there you were!
How about when we post for someone else, we only give the basic question, and put in details, “posting for…” then nobody answer until that somebody puts their details on the thread.
Anyway, I rarely ask questions, so I am fine with posting for others.
I hope it is fixed soon though, so frustration can be reduced.
I can ask questions now. Can people give it a try, if you had a problem? My problem was that I couldn’t move on from the question title section as the Continue button didn’t work. It now appears to be working.
Ben was in over the weekend fixing stuff so I hope he has worked his magic. Let us know.
