Is it ok just to eat more servings of fruit and little or no vegetables for my 5-10 servings of fruit and vegatables?
My dietitian wants me to eat 5 – 10 servings of fruits and vegetables. Or half my plate. Is it ok to eat fruit for my servings of fruit and vegetables? I have some frozen broccoli in my freezer just in case. Does fruit filled yogurt count as a fruit serving?
