Can you tell me more about a dimensional anchor?
From parapsychology. Not enough info from the D&D spell. In general. Could you find D&D source materiel. That might help me with my esoteric problems.

Dimensional anchor completely blocks extradimensional travel. Forms of movement barred by a dimensional anchor include astral projection, blink, dimension door, ethereal jaunt, etherealness, gate, maze, plane shift, shadow walk, teleport.
Sounds helpful start to stop control time traveling. If I want to stop it.

If you looking for real-world help rather than game-world help, I’d look for serious real-world metaphysicists and not D&D. I do know a few good ones. Seems to me that magical practitioners, shamanic practitioners, hypnotists, and past-life regression folks might be potentially useful, if you find good ones and tell them your full experiences.
