@Dutchess_III Either it’s against the law, or it isn’t. Or, against that bank’s policy or it isn’t. Some banks have ridiculous policies.
If you can’t submit a check without a signature on the back then you can’t, but obviously you can if they take the check through the ATM. Why would it be different at the ATM than at the counter? My business checks have a stamp on the back not a signature. We used to hand write for deposit only. You could do the deposit for my business, and you aren’t listed on the account, and I don’t sign the checks.
