How much caffeine do you need to drink to develop a tolerance to caffeine?
Out of curiousity. Do you guys have any research articles or anything that states how much caffeine per day or per week that would make you develop a tolerance?
Asking because I love caffeine. I love the energy it gives me, the motivation it gives me, and it puts me in a better mood. I limit myself to one cup per day, and even then I don’t drink every day. Probably have 3 or 4 cups a week at most.
I’ve talked to people and they tell me how caffeine doesn’t work for them anymore. I hope I never ever get like that! Caffeine is life.
