Why do job applications basically ask you to send them the same information but in at least two different ways?
They want a resume, but they also want you to fill out an application that covers the same ground, such as your job history and education, with just a couple of other questions thrown in, like asking about citizen status, etc.
Seems awfully redundant to me.
