Does anyone here kickbox? Or know someone who does?
Kind of want to try some new hobbies that will keep me active. A new kickboxing store/place opened up near where I live. Kind of interested in trying it.
Is this considered aerobic cardiovascular exercise? I want something that will keep my heart and lungs healthy.
Did you notice differences in your body or strength from kick boxing?
