Can heat aggravate anxiety?
I usually have panic attacks at 7 – 9pm and was wondering if it could be caused by heat? I took a cold shower and kicked my blanket off and turned the fan on, and I feel better. If yes then what are some tricks to stay cool at night?

Sure. Anything that makes you uncomfortable, especially if it seems difficult to get away from.
Less clothing, less covers, open windows, fans, air conditioning, cold showers.
It affects me that way. Where I live the temperature could be 30 degrees different from night to day. I usually sleep in the daytime. I keep several blankets, in my bed. I usually start out under heavy blankets, and end up with just a thin sheet.
I have stopped taking really hot showers too. That seems to help.
