Alternatives to Milk?

I love milk, like really love it. But I’ve started to notice that when I drink milk, I feel a little bit sick in my gut, I’ve figured that this probably isn’t the best way to feel when drinking milk, but I don’t really know of any alternatives, so, fellow jellies, what are your suggestions on milk alternatives that taste just as good but don’t upset my stomach? Thank you!!

I get the same way. Almond Breeze, soy free and lactose free is my alternative.

Thank you guys!! I honestly know nothing about all the alternatives, and I figured you guys would be the best (and most experienced) people to ask. Thanks so much for all the suggestions!

I assume you are drinking cow’s milk so why not try goat’s milk.

almond milk, soy milk etc are all alternatives
How about yogurt? As yogurt is fermented, it breaks down much more slowly in the stomach and usually does not cause discomfort like milk does.
