I wish to know whether it’s possible to use the C# language for the back-end and Java swing for the front-end in one desktop application.

If that’s possible, then how can that be done. Is there any tutorial that can guide me through that adventure?

I don’t know much about Java, but I have used C#. From Visual Studio you can build a Windows form application.

Yes to both. There are hundreds of websites (and books) that give tutorials. Just Google for them.

MY two cents: Java is dying. If you’re going to write something, do it in C#. Or if you want to be really modern, in Q#.link
