My joints continuously hurt after workout?
So I’ve been trying to get my arms bulked up for about a month now and without going into detail of the extensive workout, I was doing as much as I could about 3–4 times a day and after a week my elbows and shoulders started really hurting and I assumed it was because I was doing too much. I cut down my routine to once a day and even stopped for a few days to see if my joints would feel better, but they just hurt constantly. Is there a way to stop this, like stretches or is there a common cause that I could cut out f my routine to help with it?

Yes, you were doing too much; weight lifting is best if done every other day. Your muscles are being torn down in the lifting process, and need tome to rebuild.
You may have done damage to your joints. Time to go see an orthopedist.
How old are you for starters?
Overdoing it on weight or on reps or days in a row can damage joints if you are young enough to be still growing bone length.
Get a trainer, I started lifting when I was 11. But had a trainer.
I had the same thing happen to me when I was 26 – joints not regenerating well after exercise. Just go easy on them and patiently work you way up in terms of weight levels. Ibuprofen is a good short term (one time) fix for the pain you have now. Don’t rely on it to allow you to work out aggressively.
