And even if not, societal myths about porn stars might be enough to make someone desire sex with them under the assumption that they can provide “good sex.”

Trump is clearly ruled by his desire for acceptance and approval (though he seems to interpret fame as either a proxy or a substitute) and studiously maintains a public facade (thus his obsession with people who diverge from the narrative he wants out there), so it could be anything from the social cachet of sleeping with a porn star to the trouble of operating under a Madonna/whore complex. Or maybe he just thinks that’s what “real men” do. After all, a big part of his public facade is adherence to a very specific picture of masculinity.

I imagine, as a prostitute, they’re just going through the motions. It probably doesn’t mean any more to them than washing dishes or vacuuming the floors. As long as the man has an orgasm it’s considered successful.

For that matter most male porn actors are just going through the motions as well. You can pump a guy full of viagra and go through the mechanics to induce ejaculation, but you rarely get the sense that ether the woman or the man are truly aroused.
