Where in the Bible is the Rapture mentioned?

I’ve read the New Testament many years ago, and I’ve read parts of the Old Testament. But I don’t recall ever seeing the word “Rapture”.
If the Bible mentions it, please cite chapter and verse.
If not, where did the notion come from?
