How to overcome the feeling of being judged?

Ever since high school I’ve feared being judged. Some days it’s really bad and some days it’s not so bad. I just hate that feeling. I feel like people don’t accept me or are embarrassed to be around me and therefore judge me. It sometimes gets so bad I get shaky and struggle to breathe. I just want to overcome this nightmare. Is there anyway to fully overcome it?
