-try other risky things (fill in the blank) including the activity that could involve the term _swiping…. (one direction or another)

I think the answer for this will still be the same as the answers you got from the other thread: not necessarily.

You seem to think if X doesn’t make sense, then the total opposite of X does. It isn’t always true. Not everything is black-and-white, and your situation falls onto that grey area. There isn’t one single set of things to define maturity, it’s a very relative concept. A teen doing all the things you list may be mature in the eyes of other teens, but not so in the eyes of adults.
