Just as an example, a boy could torment a girl in front of friends just to hide the fact that he had never been with a girl. Like the Napoleon complex, compensating for feelings of inadequacy, or simply boasting to try to hide the true facts. The girl being held down, teased, or grabbed doesn’t know the boy isn’t going to pursue it farther, she’s afraid.

And you can commit sexual assault just not rape being a virgin.
Unless of course it turns to rape then you are no longer a virgin.

I guess technically you could commit sexual abuse, though I would question the concept. I think if a guy remains a virgin, he does so for one of a couple reasons. The first might be that he has some religious restriction on it. He cannot have sex. If his religious beliefs are that strong, I would find it unlikely that he would go for any of the lead ups to sexual abuse. Another reason might be that he is scared of women. If that is the case, he would likely not abuse a woman of his own age, though he might prey on younger women…significantly younger. Eww. He might remain a virgin because he wants to. This one becomes a little more murky. It means he has in his mind what it means to be a virgin and anything else is okay. I give you Bill Clinton as an example. He tried saying he did not have sexual relations with that woman, but admitted to oral sex stating that was not the same. In a situation like this, the would-be virgin might believe that groping is okay since it isn’t sex. And of course, there is the last option that he is just lying. Again…I guess it is possible, but in this case it is unlikely. Think about it. So far he has two whack jobs that have sketchy accusations claiming he attacked them. If he said he was a virgin until later in life and he wasn’t, he would be opening the door for an actual old lover coming forward to contradict him. There would be too many witnesses that could show he was lying. What does he gain by that?

Now think logically. That would mean, since most abusers were at one time not abusers, that the act took place and the act made them into an abuser. You completely excuse them
