My normal base marinade is 1 part soy sauce, 1 part Worcestershire sauce, and 2 parts rice wine vinegar. Variations include using equal parts of all, using apple cider vinegar or red wine vinegar in place of rice wine vinegar. However, I have tried all sorts of other marinades, sauces, and dry rubs. One of the fan favorites is actually Buffalo Chicken Wing sauce as a marinade by itself.
