The “stages of grief” is not a specific timeline or strict blue print. It is a genralization of the stages most (but not all) people move through as they grieve something or someone.
The best way to understand your grief and what is going on in your life is to work with a therapist (and not a psychiatrist unless that psychiatrist does a lot of talk therapy).
If you keep “resetting”, your issues may not be grief, but something else.
