Can you please fact check this accusation against Hillary Clinton from Michael Moore's Sicko documentary?

1) it was Bill, not Hillary, who gave the speech. The payment was for the speech

2) it was from the Altria Corporation, not a lobbyist.at all. And they give millions upon millions to charities all over the US. Altria does make tobacco

3) Proceeds went to the Clinton FOundation, not to either Bill or HIllary personally.

Basically = Moore = FALSE

Not sure about this specific claim (didn’t see the “documentary”), but you can use opensecrets.org to research actual donations. For example, Hillary Clinton received a total of $100,000 from the tobacco lobby in her 2 presidential runs (2008 and 2016).
