“Great Question” (3points)

How is it so far?
How are the conditions in your place?
Are you documenting it?

Here in the Netherlands conditions are good; clear skies, minus 7 Celsius.
Halfway Penumbra, Umbra in roughly half an hour, totality in two hours.

Clear skies and cold here. Waiting for totality.

We have clear skies 19* F, we keep peeking out the backdoor.

Raining here.

Clouds just rolled in 11:20EST. Shit. :(

Temp only dropped 25* F. 19 by sunrise.

MY wife has never seen a full Lunar eclipse !

I have totality!

Sorry to the guys who don’t have good weather…, that sucks.

My toes are frozen, as are my right fingers (19 F).
But it was worth it; it’s something else!

Thanks, all, and enjoy!

Rain for me.

And just like that… clouds rolled out and it’s as clear as can be! 11:55 EST

I saw it partially about 15 minutes ago. Clouds just rolled in. Probably won’t get to see the total eclipse. :(

I witnessed it peeking through my bathroom blinds but I was preoccupied with a negligent upstairs neighbor who left his dog unattended for 15 hours. Police were knocking on my door during totality wanting information.

Priorities.

I hear it was cool in places that didn’t have clouds in the way like I did.

Too goddamn cold to step out to see.

We were/are having another Snowmaggedon.with temperatures close to 0 F and high winds. I looked at 9:45 PM . ~11PM, 2:30 AM, and just now. Nothing but blowing snow. Darn it!
I wouldn’t know if the Moon collided with an asteroid or was blown apart by a Chinese test detonation of their new Graviton bomb. ;-)

Howwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww to best forget?

I’m guessing the sun rose this morning because I can see the outline of black pine trees against a gray background that used to be sky. It’s still brutal out there – and will continue to be for the rest of the day. 2 ft of snow expected, High temp today will be 7F, -15 C, with winds at 20mph gusting to 30 . How do people in Fairbanks survive?!

Stay in and stay warm @Luckyguy!
