I would like to see the Grand Canyon, and take the train that goes along the rim, and stay at The Grand Canyon Lodge.
I would like to ice skate on a frozen lake or pond.
I would like to take a coast to coast trip in one of those luxury motorhomes, stopping and camping at National Parks, sampling vegetarian food along the way, and stopping at thrift stores.
I would love to take one of those train trips across Canada, in the wintertime, with the big observation cars, and sleeping cars.
I want to go to Yosemite and spend one week staying at the Ahwanee Hotel, and one week tent camping.
I would like to visit the Pacific Northwest cities of Portland, OR, and Seattle, WA, and eat vegetarian food across both cities, preferably in the rain.
The next one is the least likely, because I don’t fly anymore, and I am not independently wealthy, nor do I have the time it would take to go by train, or bus, or car, and ship to get there, but I would like to take 3 months or more to visit England (again) and Scotland, and Ireland. Further complicating this situation is the fact that I would need to be on a completely vegetarian tour.
I would like to spend a week in a cabin, in the snow, in our local mountains. We’ve got snow right now, which is a rare situation, but I’m not in a position to do it now.
