That works quickly. Doesn’t mean that your permanently cured, just that you can get them again naturally.

I’m willing to spend $50 every time.

Also what would you pay for a permanent cure?

I would pay up to $1,000 for a life time cure.

I’d pay nothing since I have a sure-fire cure already.

$0.

I seldom have them; so, curing them has never been a priority. I can count on one hand the number of times that I’ve had hiccups in my lifetime. Guess I have no real reference as to how much it would be worth to get rid of them!!!

Hiccups are a minor inconvenience to me. I wouldn’t pay anything.
It just isn’t worth spending my money for something like that. I’d just drink a little more water before I eat something dry or starchy.

Nothing. I get them, maybe, once a year. Not enough annoyance to be worried about.

1€.
Because really, it goes away on its own after a while.

Pay me! I wouldn’t pay, because I know how to get rid of them. I think I get them once every 3 years. I don’t remember the last time I had he hiccups, but whenever someone around me gets them, I tell them what to do and it almost always works.

You might want to pay attention to when you are getting them, you might be able to figure out a trigger like spicy food, or when you take a certain medication.

There is a condition where hiccups need medical attention, but that is an extreme situation, and they treat it with neurological or muscle meds, or even surgery.

Not going to lie, we have staff for that.
Our butler will either rub scotch whiskey on my bare back using the back of a teaspoon fresh from the fridge, or, creep up from behind unnoticed & bang the dinner gong.

I had them for 4 days many years ago. I would go to sleep with hiccups !
I worked at a hospital and one of the doctors was talking about giving me an injection of tranquilizers to relax me after two days. I toughed it out, stopped on their own.

Nothing. I have two methods of getting rid of them, one of which works every time.

I’ve heard that hospitals give a spoonful of sugar.
My remedy is to drink a 16 oz. glass of water, nonstop, while turning the glass.
I’ve heard others tell to drink a full glass of water from the opposite side of the glass. Kind of upside-down-ish. But that is really weird.
