Payday.
I nibble off the peanuts then eat the caramel. Eating a Payday is serious bidness for me.

I also like dark chocolate.

It’s a toss-up between KitKat and [almond] Snickers. As a kid I loved both equally and little has changed. :)

Also Milky Way. Again I eat the chocolate and isolate the caramel.

And peanut M&Ms. I suck on them until I’m left with peanut. They last a long time.

I’m probably the only weirdo who likes Zero bars, but I have always loved them.

2nd favorite is Payday
3rd Hershey’s milk or dark choc

Dutchess_III's avatar

Don’t Zero bars have marshmallow or something in them?

KNOWITALL's avatar

@Dutchess_III The ZERO candy bar, introduced in 1920, is a candy bar composed of a combination of caramel, peanut and almond nougat covered with a layer of white fudge (aka white chocolate fudge).

IT’S FLIPPING DELIGHTFUL!

How much they paying you again?? Well, the O’Henry bar was created about the same time by a dude named Henry, who opened a famous candy store about 8 miles from here, Henry’s Candy. We pass it on our way to Pittsburgh. We’re going to plan a field trip there with the grandkids.

Man, so many types of candy are associated with specific things for me.
Jr. Mints and Hot Tamales = drive in movie or theater
Candy Ciggarettes = hot, dusty summer days making our way though the fields to go buy them at the Shop Ez. Same with candy necklaces. The candy itself was NASTY, but the concept was so cool.

No love for Twix here?

Dutchess_III's avatar

On a scale a Twix is a…6.5.

hmmmmmm's avatar

^ Crazy talk. It’s one of the only edible traditional candy bars.

Dutchess_III's avatar

:D I will eat a Twix in your honor sometime this month, or next, @hmmmmmmmmmmm

hmmmmmm's avatar

^ Please do. I suspect you’ll revise your opinion of it.

The 3 candy bars worth begging your kids for on Halloween:

1. Twix
2. Kit Kat
3. Snickers

And Milkey Way @hmmmmmm.

longgone's avatar

I think you must mean

1. Snickers
2. KitKat
3. Bounty

356. Twix

@Dutchess_III and @longgone – I’m going to pretend I didn’t read those responses so I can sleep tonight. Deeply disturbing stuff.

For me, it’s a tie between a Baby Ruth & a PayDay & even then it depends on my mood of the day & how bad I’m craving chocolate!!!

Dutchess_III's avatar

Me to!!!

Milky Way Simply Caramel. (a caramel lover’s dream)

@hmmmmmm…..I was looking for York peppermint patty and saw Twix. I recalled my vow so I got Twix instead. :) Haven’t eaten it yet.
