How long should you broil pork chops without hardening the meat?

Olive oil and poultry spice. Cook to internal temp. cook only to 140* F and let them rest for ten minutes under an aluminum foil tent.

I grill ten minutes a side. I prep with a “barbecue rub” found in the spice section of the grocery store.
