There was an article in yesterday’s New York Times about breathalyzers being inaccurate and overstating blood alcohol content.

Also, the State of Utah recently lowered the standard for impaired driving to 0.05% blood alcohol, while the rest of the US stays at 0.08%.

Ok. It seesm there is only 0.0 or 0.05 and 0.08 nothing else.
