Height.
Good, most of the times.

Age.
I’m in between on that.

lucillelucillelucille's avatar

@rebbel -Can you reach most things on the top shelf or do you see coins on the ground before anyone else?

elbanditoroso's avatar

@Patty_Melt you are sane? Or others are sane?

On a curve of average heights of women, I’m one of the taller ones.

Also, I can be more fun and silly than a lot of people my age. Many people think I am younger than I am.

Other than that, nothing that I would say is exceptional.

Patty_Melt's avatar

@jca2 it is difficult for taller women to be silly. I think the height makes people see them as older.
Being quite short, I got away with it a lot, but people tended to take me seriously less.
I’m still silly, but now I look old, so I guess people chalk it up to senility.
Weird, how much people judge by appearance, even while not wanting to be judged that way themselves.

lucillelucillelucille's avatar

@jca2 I have the same problem-if you want to even call it that—
@Patty_Melt -I’ve never thought about it that way and have to say that it doesn’t stop me.:)

Patty_Melt's avatar

Good for you!
Personally, I feel like silly, amusing, preserves sanity, and a good sense of self.

lucillelucillelucille's avatar

@Patty_Melt -You’re right :)

Vignette's avatar

I can juggle scarves.

lucillelucillelucille's avatar

@Vignette So can Squiggly Wiggly, so try again

Vignette's avatar

@lucillelucillelucille But can they do it with chopsticks held with their toes? I didn’t think so.

Patty_Melt's avatar

Scarf juggling is fun! I have over a hundred scarves. Come by sometime and we’ll surround ourselves with floating chiffon.

Patty_Melt's avatar

Mostly I wanna see the chopstick thing.

Height
Hasn’t been a problem so far

lucillelucillelucille's avatar

@josie -Ever hit your head on an overhang??

lucillelucillelucille's avatar

@Vignette I don’t know.:(

josie's avatar

@lucillelucillelucille

I actually walked into a ceiling fan in a buddy’s trailer home near Ft Benning once.
Real nice

lucillelucillelucille's avatar

@josie Lmao! did you end up with a flat top??

josie's avatar

I wound up with a couple of stitches. I put them in myself.

lucillelucillelucille's avatar

@josie—I did that once too as a young girl. I stepped on glass, cleaned and stitched my foot up with black thread (for a nice contrast) & proudly showed my mom, who then freaked out.Lol!
As for you, stitches in the head had to be a pain?

He had a complete medic kit – semper paratus- but I he couldn’t stop laughing-alcohol was involved
It wasn’t that bad. He had injectable lidocaine and it burned like fire, but after that it didn’t hurt. Doing it backwards in the mirror was the problem.

Coolhandluke's avatar

That depends on how personal you wanna go.

lucillelucillelucille's avatar

@josie- You win! That takes talent!

Love_my_doggie's avatar

I’m a vegan.
I’m left-handed.
I can write backwards, with better penmanship.
I’m age 63, yet my hair hasn’t turned grey.
I’m age 63, and I work out 6X per week.
I’m still with my first and last husband and, yes, we love each other and get along.
I enjoy housework.
I’m introverted to a fault. Yes, I love people and have friends, but they exhaust me.

lucillelucillelucille's avatar

@Love_my_doggie – I think those are great differences!

Coolhandluke's avatar

I’ll share a couple things that probably distinguishes me from most.

I used to throw parties when I was younger that were quite memorable. I lived near a abandoned rock quarry that my family owns. Prior to it getting dark, everyone would gather in one of the pits to watch. This pit was about 75ft below a straight drop off cliff. Me and a couple other guys would take a car from the junkyard at the top and push it down into the pit. Everyone loved watching the cars flip and basically explode at the bottom! Good times.

Something a bit more personal…I had 4 girls – friends, that were in nursing school and learning about anatomy. We were all hanging out and one asked me if I was brave enough to take off my clothes so they could study the male body. I did. You know, for education.

lucillelucillelucille's avatar

@Coolhandluke – Lol! Tricky they are!
As for the rock quarry, what was mined there?

Coolhandluke's avatar

Um, rocks. Gravel. lol

lucillelucillelucille's avatar

@Coolhandluke – Road gravel is a bit of a disappointment. I was hoping for something better.

I would rather walk or hike with a horse, whereas I think most people would rather ride one. To me, a horse is a magnificent being that has been invaluable to human civilization. They deserve love, respect, and freedom; they’re not just a means of transportation or profit at a racetrack.

When most people fantasize about having a superpower, it’s usually flying, super strength, invulnerability, etc. As far as I can tell, I’m the only one that would wish for the ability to heal any living thing with but a single touch.

@Sagacious When my sister was in college, the professor asked who was a nonconformist. Almost everyone in class raises their hands. Then the professor ask who was a conformist and my sister was the only one who raises their hand. ;)

Sagacious's avatar

That’s funny. And revealing. :)

jca2's avatar

I can balance brooms and chairs on my finger tips or palm of my hand.

lucillelucillelucille's avatar

@jca2 -I need to try that with the couch! XD
