I won’t break the law. I am not hurting others or going to jail for love. Not romantic love anyway. I guess I can see how a parent might sacrifice for their child in this way depending on the situation.

Hmmm, interesting question. If the love is real 100% from the heart and soul there is not much I wouldn’t do to keep them safe and to make them happy. I’d never break the law. But even that opens certain doors. If someone were to hurt her or a member of my family I’d go after them I’d go after the bad guy. Law be damned.
