Where are my fellow Sunday workers? Are you dreading losing an hour before going to work today?

Weekday workers at least get 24 hours to adjust.

Who will be dragging with me today?

Coffee anyone?

Is that today? I volunteer on Sunday mornings, I teach Zumba. I’ll just take a nap when I get home if I’m tired. I’m already up too early this morning, so I’ll be tired anyway.

We’re picking up friends at 11:30 to go to lunch and a play. I was telling my friend that 11:30 is really going to be like 10:30 which is going to feel like breakfast LOL. I woke up at 8 but it’s really 9 and I don’t have such a leisurely morning as I expected.

A friend works at a local Home Depot as a second job and she has to be at work at 7 today. She is dreading it because it’s going to feel like 6.

I feel for anyone who has to be at work today with the time change. Coffee and a nap is what I would do to deal.

Thanks for doing what you do! Even if it is Sunday.

My neighborhood fox family saunters into my back yard around 6–6:30. I put the food out around 5 or so just before I eat supper.
With the time change it will appear that I’m putting the food out an hour earlier.
I hope it doesn’t screw up their schedules. :-)

I didn’t even know that was last night until I went to 7/11 to get a 40oz of PBR. I left the house at 1:51AM according to my phone. At what should have been 2:02AM I was trying to make my purchase. But oh, it is now 3:02AM and they are supposed to stop selling beer it 2:30AM.

They can’t even ring it up. The registers block the sale after 2:30.

Not a huge deal. I just took a oxy and had a glass of wine instead.

But I never had a problem missing a hours sleep when I was working Sunday mornings. I also tend to sleep a lot. If missing a hour is causing a significant problem you are living on the edge and need to go on a cruise or something. <- That was a joke since I want to go on a cruise even though it could end poorly. But I have always wanted to go on one and they are really cheap right now. My passport renewal is being processed.

The only time it ever faxed me was when I had back-to-back close/open shifts. Closing the bar at 2, finishing and leaving at 3, then back at 10 to open was pretty grueling any time, especially the switchover weekend in the spring.

@jp No living on the edge here. Just working, not getting enough sleep due to work/life schedules, and life stressors. Losing an hour is fucking with me today.

You made me do a double check, not happening over here yet!
