It sounds like the Optane memory is either disabled in BIOS or the software that runs the optane memory isn’t installed.

It probably happened after the last Windows update and they give what sounds like simple instructions on how to repair the problem. Of course, for me all instructions sound simple until I attempt to implement them. Good luck
