What are some of your favorite healthy smoothie combinations?
At the moment, my favorite smoothie recipe is:
1 cup of water
5–6 frozen strawberries
1 large frozen banana
1 cup of frozen spinach
½ cup of non-fat Greek yogurt
3 tablespoons of peanut butter
½ tablespoon of cinnamon
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
I like my smoothie on the thicker side, like that of soft serve ice cream, so I add water to the blender as I go.
Are there any smoothie recipes that you like that are more adventurous?
