I don’t think such a thing is possible. I once bought a dictionary of slang in English (I have a collection of dictionaries of various descriptions, and this filled a gap). The number of words just for certain male and female parts and the interactions thereof was impressively extensive.
Not exhaustive, though, I imagine, because there are new expressions all the time, and spontaneous metaphors, transitory expressions, and very localized ones, often in dialect.
What are the chances that a lexicographer, or an army of them, is going to gain access to all the bad words in more than 6000 languages, and collect all the definitions? I’d say zero. And even if they did it today, it won’t reach publication for years, and it’ll be out of date by tomorrow afternoon.
Just getting started, it would probably be bigger than the 20-volume OED. The human imagination seems to have no limits when it comes to the trashing of taboos.
However, there are lots of narrower resources to get you started if you really want to look into it. And some things are well enough defined in the online Urban Dictionary for all practical purposes.
