How many times a day should i be making #2?
i usually go 1–2 times every 2 days, but my grandmother recently brought to my attention that this is not enough.
i used to be on many fiber diets, but for other reasons. i had to take mineral water for 2 years, prunes for 3.5 years, pears for 6 years now, the sight of pears makes me sick, so maybe now the effect of fiber is gone. any suggestions?
