It’ll be a few weeks before my birth control comes in the mail. Ever since I stopped taking it because of that, my mood has been all over the place. and I’ve been having extreme outbursts and getting really impulsive. I noticed my depression and anxiety being really weird since I started it.

I’m going to try and see a doc soon, it’s just hard to do with everything going on. I need to be on it for medical reasons, not sex. I’m on a pill with no additional hormones (I think it has none).

I don’t know if these mood swings are because of all the stress in my life, or the pills.
