When I was younger It exhausted me to watch a political speech. Now I watched a 54 minute speech from the Canadian throne from
Governor General Julie Payette without feeling exhausted.
What changed?

Humor welcome.

I have stopped watching political stuff on TV. It is all lies, all the time.

I know who the better candidate is, on local, state, and federal levels.

@elbanditoroso I think that getting ready 12 hours before a speech , resting and eating something. Also chocolate chip cookies. Maybe because If effects/affects me because of Covid-19?

You’ve adapted. It’s like becoming acclimated to the weather in hell.

Since most of that Thone Speech was positive messages giving hope , I think that made a difference, in all of our lives.
I tend now to not listen to negativity as it brings everyone down somewhat and its quite refreshing to hear a positive take instead..in other words someone is working on a solution for all and that uplifts everyone.
