Irish bar? Seriously, I am thinking if you go to the Notre Dame Club of Washington someone can tell you, or they have an event.

The very best place to watch ANY sporting event, IMHO, is on a big-screen TV in your own place, if you have both.

Then, you can sit around in your underwear (or less), belch, break wind, raid your own ice box, and invite over a few naked ladies, to wait on you, hand and foot.
