Can you help me understand this error message I'm getting with 'Grand Theft Auto?

So, I was getting ready to play “Grand Theft Auto” on my PlayStation 3, I had an error message popping up saying, “Timed out loading session.” It was working since this morning, so I waited until this has happened, so what can I do to solve the problem?

Possibly a server issue on Rockstar’s end. Rockstar Games really doesn’t do multiplayer so well. Which sucks because I really think Red Dead Redemption 2’s online could be great, but it’s never worked right from day 1.
