From what I’ve seen, it’s Arizona and Nevada. But we’ll get there…

They’ll pull some shit, I just know it. Giuliani was saying they’re suing. Sore losers.

I know you’re right @jca2 But don’t get me to cussing. LOL this stuff stresses me to the max. Need a cup of coffee and a chill pill I guess.

One bird in your hand is better than two on the roof.
And even if he wins Nevada, you still have the very real risk that some electors will vote against the result in their state.

No need to stress. At this point all the lawsuits are nothing more than tweets with a filing fee.

The count is 264 including Arizona. AP has been including Arizona since early Wednesday morning. Nevada’s 6 would clinch the 270 needed. They said they will release info at noon Eastern (9am Pacific).

Most outstanding ballots in Pennsylvania are from the Philadelphia area. There is a very good chance they will give Biden the win.

Georgia is still possible. It is going to be super-close either way.

Seems like it (if Arizona stays for Biden). Nevada is my home state and so unlike the rest of the nation in a few ways. I never imagined the Silver State would be determining the election. :)

We can see why Republicans were so anxious to seat their sixth activist judge on the Supreme Court. They’re throwing up nonsense lawsuits to see what sticks.

Channel 3 Las Vegas – “President Donald Trump’s campaign filed lawsuits Wednesday in Pennsylvania, Michigan and Georgia…The new filings, joining existing Republican legal challenges in Pennsylvania and Nevada”

@Demosthenes: Someone in my family lives in LV. She’s into Trump and hasn’t been texting in the past few days so I don’t even want to ask her what happened.

If just one of the states where the decision is yet undecided falls to Biden, it’s all over.

Nomore_lockout's avatar

Cheerful thought @stanleybmany Now I’m so bummed that all the coffee on the planet cant help me…

cookieman's avatar

Yup. You could say we are gambling on Nevada.

stanleybmanly's avatar

No. The odds are that one of the 4 will fall in Biden’s column. The mail in ballots are running 2 out of 3 in Biden’s favor. It is the Democrats who take covid seriously and took advantage of mail in ballots. All those maga hat dummies at the super spreader rallies believe that fool about mail in ballot fraud and theft. They vote in person and are tallyed first.

jca2's avatar

@stanleybmanly: And they’re still crying on FB about mail fraud and missing ballots showing up in odd places.

Call_Me_Jay's avatar

Crying about mail fraud was the plan all along. We knew this weeks ago.

Pathetic.

Trump has been in his Cry Closet since 3 a.m. Wednesday morning. Nobody’s seen him.

@Call_Me_Jay I guess it depends on just who one asks.

Here is a note about the strategy from 19 months ago, after a Wisconsin judicial election.

“I don’t know what can be done about the new GOP-wide position that if a Republican candidate has a narrow lead in a vote count at day’s end, then counting the rest of the votes is an effort to steal the election.” – Brian Beutler on Twitter
