I’m 69 and for the last 30 years or so l’ve been getting up to pee 3 to 4 times per night to pee. The amount of time for each urination is less than one minute each. I’ve measured the total nightly urine volume which is 32 ounces plus or minus 5 ounces.

During the day I find it hard to hold my urine for 2 hours. This makes long canoe paddling around a local lake painful.

FYI: My prostrate is small and I don’t have diabetes.

I pee more frequently than most people, have done all my life (now in 60’s). I get up about three times a night.
Doctors tell me the frequency is not a problem (except inconvenience), there is a wide variety of ‘normal’, but if it changes then it’s time to check things.

Due to my old job, I have very large kidneys. I have been told coroners can tell former splicers by the size of their kidneys.
When urinating, it can take me two full minutes.
Since developing diabetes, I go more often.

How much liquid does this person drink? Beer? Coffee? Wine? Tea?

While frequent need to pee can be a sign of one or more health conditions, and may warrant investigation by a doctor, there is also a very large difference between some individuals in frequency, which may not indicate any problem.
