It kind of depends on what you mean by “being your own worst enemy.”
Are you a procrastinator?
Do you over-share with people?
Do you not follow through with your plans?
Do you choose bad romantic partners?
Do you spend too much money?
Do you make impulsive decisions?
Are you lazy, despite knowing what you need to do?
Do you talk yourself out of things?
Do you let other people run your life?
All of these things, in my opinion, represent various ways of being one’s worst enemy, but the approaches to resolving these issues can be quite different. Maybe you could give us some examples of what you mean.
