All of a sudden, today for the first time, the page loads on my laptop looking like what I suppose is phone format, very small, vertical, and limited. I can’t find where to switch displays. Can anyone steer me?

@Jeruba If it appears your computer is displaying the mobile site, scroll to the bottom and click on the word desktop. I hope that fixes it for you.

However, the usual format is appearing now.

And now it’s back to mobile format. I didn’t change anything. The only place the word “desktop” appears is in your post.

The site wasn’t displaying properly for me this morning. This is what it looked like on my Windows PC:

Clearing cookies/cache fixed it.

^^^ That’s what I had. It’s ok now.

Doesn’t clearing cookies and cache take out all the stuff you’ve saved in, like, online orders, preferences, etc., so you go back to square one on your regular sites? I don’t do it because I don’t want to start everything over again.

1/12/21 I don’t have Dr.J but he sporadically comes and goes when I refresh. I am on an Acer computer on Mozilla Firefox

I’m still noticing some icons missing on the desktop version.

@Jeruba It should not, no. Clearing cookies and cache should keep your saved passwords and form data. It may log you out of sites, but your saved credentials will still be there.

I just deleted my cache, browsing history and cookies. Banner still doesn’t load right and some of my passwords are being asked for.

When I right click on area for Dr J I get “cannot display because it contains errors” !
