When cows are mooing, are they talking to each other, or is it random sound?
My back-yard neighbor put his cows in the back pasture today, and they have been lowing all afternoon and into the evening. There are at least two, maybe three.
Are they conversing? Is there meaning to one making a sound and another answering? Or is it just random noise with no communication going on?
