Have you ever gotten this as the result of a mammogram before?

Long story short I’m 25 years old, and High-Risk for breast cancer due to my mother being diagnosed back 2009. I went in for a mammogram a little over a week ago (since I’m high-risk, I have to start getting screened sooner), and got my letter in the mail today saying that “the results of your exam indicate the need for an additional evaluation at this time. This does not necessarily mean that there is a serious problem, but it should not be ignored.”
I’m terrified. I know no one can tell me anything but a radiologist, but I just want to know if any of you have gotten a letter with this wording before, and what your ultimate outcome was.
Or tell me a joke or something, because I’m freaked out and could use a laugh right now.
