To have a “cheat” food you have to go on a diet in the first place. I never have.

@Darth_Algar Then what you eat on a special day? What is a treat for you?

In the context of this question I don’t suppose I have one. I pretty much eat what I want when I want.

@Darth_Algar So every day is a cheat day for you? Do you have a food budget? Do you have a day wherein you eat take out or delivery? If I had unlimited resources I would eat KFC and Skip the Dishes every day. Instead I make my own meat, or day old chicken quarters from the grocery store, for 30% off.
I have to show restraint with my food purchases.

Buttermilk pancakes with organic maple syrup & butter.

Pasta with meat sauce and mozzarella. That’s my cheat food and my comfort food.

To answer your questions there, in order:

1. I guess.
2. Not specifically.
3. Not a specific day, but on occasion when the mood strikes.

I tend to listen to what my body wants and does not want, and I try to eat accordingly. I have not usually been involved in diets.

I think it’s healthiest to try to find food that one’s body authentically wants, and to realize that some industrial foods can confuse some people’s bodies into thinking they crave them, even though they are not good food (e.g. corn syrup, sugar and salt).

So if I could eat anything I wanted, I would tend to eat really good food, such as fresh traditional sushi, rice bowls with such things as good tahini, tempeh and excellent natural farm fresh vegetables, scallops, fish, Indian and Thai food, fruit smoothies, fresh berries, fruits, etc.

Food being unhealthy isn’t generally a draw for me by itself, as I don’t have a prohibition fetish around it, but if there were zero reasons not to, I would (and occasionally do) sometimes eat/drink milkshakes, root beer floats, pizza, battered fried food (fish & chips, fries), high-quality baked bread / pies / pastries, tiramisu, ice cream, sorbet, puffed corn snacks, barbeque potato chips, spare ribs, tacos, burritos, seafood chimichangas, etc.

I walk to the closest 7-Eleven and buy 3 taquitos for $3 washed down with a 20 oz. Coca-Cola.
