Could most of our sacred religious beliefs a voilation of an alien prime directive?

Also how would the Earth’s civilization progress if it was naturally lived with out interference?
For example: Would native Americans discover space travel on their own naturally if Europeans never traveled over the Atlantic ocean? How long we would be it take for them to do so? Or would they not go that path?
