Do you know of any app that cleans blemishes off from old photos automatically?

I’ve been using iPhoto software to digitally erase dirt and blemishes like unwanted streaks from mostly old scanned and now digitized photographs.

I understand that photo editing apps / software gives you the capability to clean photos but I’m interested in a software that would not require me to do this manually. Erasing so many dots, streaks and blemishes that takes an hour to finish a single photo. And I have a few hundreds to clean.

Is there any software out there that detects blemishes and restores the photo with one or two pushes of a button? Or am I stuck spending days doing this? Thank you.

Restore photo feature does this in one shot.

@Inspired_2write Thank you! Restoring it at 100% doesn’t work since it distorts the skin texture but at 50% the skin looks acceptable and much fewer blemishes remain that would take me a few minutes to fix, not 40 minutes. I owe you my sanity for this week, thank you so much!

use the skin tanning feature on black and white pictures too it sometimes fixes it, it not then don’t save it , go back a step and it will undo it.
