I am helping a sick friend some days preparing a meal for him and he always has left-over rotisserie chicken, fresh tomato ( sometimes not that fresh ), lettuce, mustard and rye bread or pumpernickel bread in his fridge. I use these ingredients to make him a chicken sandwich more often than not which made me wonder how I can improve my chicken sandwich making skills.
