The Chief Whip has 9 currently. The first 8 were demolished in 1824 and replaced with other government buildings.

No 9 isnt a home. Its currently where the Downing Street Press Briefing Room is. Because the American have one and Boris wanted one. Previously it housed various government departments including the chief whips office.
No 11 is the official residence of the Chancellor of the Exchequer.
No 12 is technically the official residence of the chief whip but it hasn’t been used as that since Tony Blair was around. In actual fact it is where downing streets press office is based. Why 2 buildings needed for communicating with the press? Have you met the fuck wits currently in charge of the country? Currently in the Ukraine and will no doubt shortly return to declare peace in our time.
