Ok, looked at yours again and it isn’t exactly like mine. Mine has a design doohickey between drawer 2 and 3, and has 2 small knobs on the top drawer in addition to one of the regular drawer pulls in the center.

We paid $300 for all 3 pieces. I think we got a deal!

Hmmm…keep searching, you never know what treasures you may have. I’m not sure if they made queen-sized beds in the 50’s – just something to think about. Does it have the Bissman stamp?

I’m amazed now at all the great furniture that can be had from Habitat for Humanity Restore, Goodwill and other thrift shops. I recently got an Ethan Allen piece for like $10 or 20, two Drexel Heritage end tables for $10 each, and a Monson coffee table, made in Maine, for $10. All solid wood, great workmanship, none trendy but they will outlive me.
