Some sort of very serious (and at the very least, career-ending) charge, yes. It might be counter-productive (except for the dramatic effect) to term it “murder” though.

I see it as the same thing as perjury & should be prosecuted…I also think it should be prosecuted as premeditated murder because they knew what they were doing just to make themselves look good for later on when they decide to run for office…they should NOT be rewarded for being NO better than the criminals they prosecute!!!
