Did you know that Poland and Hungary currently are wrestling with nearly 2 million Ukrainian refugees, while the EU is simultaneously threatening both countries with billions of dollars in sanctions?
The sanctions are ironically in part over those countries’ legal statutes on coping with migrants. The timing is apparently a coincidence. In view of the current crisis, shouldn’t these measures be suspended?
